Closing Meeting

The fifth and last transnational meeting of our xPress Yourself project was successfully held in Czech Republic/Prague, hosted by Skola Michael.

At the meeting held on June 7 and 8, partner institutions discussed and evaluated the entire adventure of the project.

The first and second outputs of the project were evaluated. Ideas for final improvements and revisions were discussed. Accordingly, the final tasks were assigned.

Virtual festival videos, participants and feedback received from participants were evaluated. 

Topics and ideas for Multiplier Events were discussed.

Finally, discussions were held to improve the project and visibility and the meeting ended.

Fourth Transnational Meeting

The fourth transnational meeting of our xPress Yourself project was successfully held in İstanbul/Türkiye, hosted by Yıldız Technical University.

At the meeting held on February 24 and 25, partner institutions evaluated the developments in the project.

All partner institutions shared their ideas to develop the second output of the project, “xPress Yourself” e-Platform. New tasks were distributed to partner institutions for the platform.

The ideas that Eu&Pro brought to the meeting agenda for the virtual festival were discussed. All partner institutions participated in this discussion and developed the idea of the festival. First of all, it was decided to prepare a call text for the festival and send it to the target groups. Then, one person from each institution was assigned to select the videos of the applicants.

The meeting ended with informing all partner institutions for the effective use of the remaining time of the project.

Third Transnational Meeting

The third transnational meeting of our xPress Yourself project was successfully held in Liege, Belgium, hosted by Inforef.

At the meeting held on 19 and 20 January, the partner institutions evaluated the developments in the project.

All partner institutions evaluated the second output of the project, the “xPress Yourself” e-Platform and shared their ideas for finalizing it.

Eu&Pro talked about its work for the “xPress Yourself” e-Platform and introduced the features of the platform. It explained its work in the Inforef self-learning section. New tasks were distributed to partner institutions to enrich the content of the platform.

The training program sent by Academia Barcelona, which is involved in the project as an associated partner, for Virtual Training has been examined. The program has been accepted by all partner institutions. The dates of the virtual training have been determined.

Finally, it was decided that each partner institution would produce 5 digital stories.

The meeting ended with informing all partner institutions for the effective use of the remaining time of the project.

Second Transnational Meeting

The second transnational meeting of our xPress Yourself project was successfully held in Ankara/Turkey, hosted by SYGD.

At the meeting held on 11 and 12 November, the partner institutions evaluated the developments in the project.

All partner institutions evaluated the output of “The Non-Formal Training Set of Creating Digital Storytelling” and shared their ideas for first version it.

Eu&Pro presented the first draft of the second output called “xPress Yourself” e-Platform to the partner institutions at the meeting. To complete the content of the second output, tasks were shared between the partner institutions.

Finally, brainstorming was held with partner institutions for the project’s Virtual Festival, Virtual Education and dissemination activities.

The meeting ended with informing all partner institutions for the effective use of the remaining time of the project.

Kick-off Meeting

The 1st Transnational Meeting (Kick-off Meeting) of our project was held in Prague, hosted by the coordinating institution Eu&Pro.

All partner institutions participated in the meeting. At the meeting, a general presentation of the project was made and questions about the project were answered. Duties and responsibilities for the execution of the project were shared and the issues related to producing the 1st output of the project were discussed.

The project partners, who had the opportunity to meet face to face for the first time due to the Covid-19 process, used the meeting effectively to strengthen communication and cooperation. All partner institutions gave valuable ideas and suggestions for the quality management of the project outputs and activities.

As the leader of the SYGD “The Non-Formal Training Set of Creating Digital Storytelling” output, it directed the partner institutions and accelerated the work to complete the output.
